Prior Knowledge-Aware Fusion Network for Prediction of Macrovascular Invasion in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Published in IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, 2022

We propose a prior knowledge-aware fusion network for early prediction of macrovascular invasion (MVI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. The model fuses liver CT imaging and clinical indicators, introducing word vector encoding to enhance representation of clinical features. Assists clinicians in treatment decision-making and reduces the risk of over-treatment.
