This work proposes a deep-gated recurrent unit and diet network framework for genome-wide association analysis to detect biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease. The model aligns features between brain MRI and SNP sequences, using gradient backpropagation to identify key SNP loci associated with brain structural changes, revealing potential AD pathogenic mechanisms.
